CAREER OPPORTUNITY IN PAKISTAN WAPDA FOUNDATION AS DIRECTOR GENERAL (HOUSING) / PD WAPDA HOUSING SCHEME

Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF) is looking for an individual having dynamic personality with the ability/capacity

to launch the Housing Scheme of WAPDA Employees.

TENURE

The appointment will be on a contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance)

upto a maximum of 03 years or up to the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier.

PAY PACKAGE

Salary will be a lump sum (negotiable based on experience) along with perquisites as per the policy of PWF.

QUALIFICATION

B.Sc (Civil Engineering) or Higher Qualification from an HEC-recognized university.

AGE / ELIGIBILITY

Maximum 62 years

EXPERIENCE

• 20 years’ experience with 5 years in Civil Construction / Housing in Govt. /Semi-Govt. Armed Forces, DHA, and

similar Housing Society

• Planning and Development of a Housing Project

• Procurement of land and hiring of consultants

• Overseeing project schedules, which include the sequence of all construction activities, and working most pertinently

related to welfare

• Contract performance for bid, budget, forecast, and land acquisition

• Prudent decision making

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Awareness about PPRA Rules.

• Result-oriented, highly organized, and motivated.

• Excellent analytical, writing, communication, technical, and interpersonal skills

• Relevant experience in consideration of the job requirement

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Evolving strategies and plans for proper development of the Housing Society

• Exercising administrative and financial powers the Project Director of the Housing Society for implementing

decisions of the Board of Directors.

• Overseeing routine quality audit to ensure that work is progressing as per specifications and initiating corrective action

action.

• Developing all policies and procedures, especially related to the JV of a Housing Project.

• Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors of PWF.

• Any other task assigned by the Board of Directors of PWF regarding Housing Society.
