CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS MANAGING DIRECTOR, PAKISTAN WAPDA FOUNDATION IN BPS-20

Pakistan WAPDA Foundation (PWF), which manages various welfare projects for WAPDA employees under the

leadership of the Managing Director, is seeking an individual with a dynamic personality and the capability to run

the organization efficiently.

TENURE

The appointment will be on contract basis initially for one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance) upto maximum 03 years or upto the age of 65 years whichever is earlier.

QUALIFICATION

Write your text here...MA / M.Sc / MBA or B.Sc Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Civil) from HEC recognized university.

AGE / ELIGIBILITY

Write your text here...Maximum 62 years / Retired WAPDA / DISCOs / NTDC employees

EXPERIENCE

Post qualification experience of 03 years as Chief Engineer / Director General or General Manager in BPS-20 or

equivalent post.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Awareness about PPRA Rules.

• Result oriented, highly organized and motivated.

• Excellent analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills

• Prudent decision making

• Managing Director (PWF) will be responsible for:-

  • Evolving strategies and plans for business development & enhancing the scheme of PWF

  • Managing current business operations and exercising necessary administrative and financial power for

  implementing the decision of the Board of Directors

  • Developing all policies and procedures for the PWF

  • Achieving objectives set by the Board of Directors

  • Creating and overseeing a viable business plan that envisages the sales and marketing strategy, financial

  background and projected profit and loss statement
